IWM announces price increase.

Dear IWM customer, I am sure that most of you are aware of the huge jumps that the price of pewter alloy has been taking in recent months. The price has jumped from under $8.00 per lb to as high as $12.00 plus recently, and looks to remain somewhere over $10.00 for the foreseeable future.  Iron Wind Metals has held off on increasing prices as long as we could, but we have reached to point where we are forced to account for the rise in metal prices. We have kept the increase as small as possible, in most cases merely raising the MSRP enough to pass through the metal jumps. We would have liked to give some advance warning, as with previous price increases, but the dramatic jumps in metal prices have not given us that luxury this time. The new prices are effective immediately.  Thanks for your understanding and support...                                                                                                      Mike
