I got you e-mail but it would not let me reply back to you.
Sorry about your dropship, we will be glad to replace it. You need to send me another e-mail with your address and send me the other one back and we
will get one out to you right away.
If at all possible, when there is a problem, just e-mail me, we are happy to replace things that don't live up to our stardards.
I don't have a lot of time to post on the forums and neither do a lot of us....... We are too busy making minis!!! If you post something here
or on another forum it might be days or even weeks before anyone sees it. Just e-mail me robin@ironwindmetals.com, we will make things right.

That's true. I had a few problems with missing pieces and the like and Robin here fixed everything up ASAP.
I think IWM's commitment to quality in the long run more than makes up for any possible problems that may creep up, (however few ), in the short term.

Chris, i'm the middle of exam season right now... if you didn't notice in the pictures i posted, underneath the right leg of the madcat is
the plastic base of the rifleman... i'm going to putty that over.
and move the Rifleman's <b>penis</b>pit to it's correct location before i ship it off to you.
i'll probably procrastinate on studying and end up fixing that up....
oh yeah, gotta darken up that base too and shine it up with future.
